Headmistress, Miss Lyn Bourne, is extremely pleased with the results: “We are so thrilled for all our pupils and their families. Alongside our staff, they have worked extremely hard and deserve these great results. Our staff have worked hard to ensure these reforms to the GCSEs are being embedded quickly so that our pupils are taught well and are confident going into their exams.

The results show that the school continues to provide an outstanding education for all its pupils, both at GCSE and A Level. Over the last two years we have been judged to be providing an outstanding education by both Ofsted and the Catholic Diocese, and these results are a measure of how confident and well-prepared our girls are for the next step in their educational journey.

GCSEs are a gateway to the next stage of our girls' lives so it is wonderful to see so many of them achieve such high standards.  It is great to see them celebrating their results together today, particularly after such excellent A-level results last week.

We are thrilled so many are planning to stay with us for sixth form and we are looking forward to welcoming them on Friday 25th August for our sixth form enrolment day.”
